THREE MOONS YOGA
When I let go of what I am, I become what I might be
Lao Tzu
Lengthen your body. Broaden your mind.
Ease your soul.
Yoga is a wonderful, accessible, and practical way to address so many of the stresses felt in today’s world, whether or not you can touch your toes!
It is not a race, nor is it a grand journey to a mountain top for enlightenment. It is here, now, where you are, just as you are, honoring yourself in this present state. Through the breath, in stillness, and in movement, building connections between serenity, strength, and balance, that can extend into every day life.
I believe everyone can do yoga, and should feel included in the practice. I strive to make yoga more accessible by providing variations, modifications, props, and teaching methods in yoga that help people reach in their bodies, while learning to love just where they are. Fusing different modalities with physio techniques that help individuals tune in to themselves, and better understand the language of their own body.
We are all made unique and absolutely beautiful! Yoga is about healing, and acceptance as we journey through self-discovery, to unite with what we individually define as our divine.

Offering similar Baby & Me class structure as in a yoga studio, for parents, and babies to join together for gentle, stretches, and exercises coupled with bonding activities. The main difference is there is no cost, and the community centre setting which offers extra Early Years, community, and family programming services on site.
For mom we work on some pelvic floor, and core engagement which help restore the area, using breath, and mobility exercises, as well as just getting moving. Some exercises, and stretches for the upper body that help with day to day strains as well, and relaxation to help with the days that follow.
For baby we do some massage, and interactive play, as well as have fun with movement that helps both baby and parent get into the activities together.
