THREE MOONS YOGA
When I let go of what I am, I become what I might be
Lao Tzu
Lengthen your body. Broaden your mind.
Ease your soul.
Yoga is a wonderful, accessible, and practical way to address so many of the stresses felt in today’s world, whether or not you can touch your toes!
It is not a race, nor is it a grand journey to a mountain top for enlightenment. It is here, now, where you are, just as you are, honoring yourself in this present state. Through the breath, in stillness, and in movement, building connections between serenity, strength, and balance, that can extend into every day life.
I believe everyone can do yoga, and should feel included in the practice. I strive to make yoga more accessible by providing variations, modifications, props, and teaching methods in yoga that help people reach in their bodies, while learning to love just where they are. Fusing different modalities with physio techniques that help individuals tune in to themselves, and better understand the language of their own body.
We are all made unique and absolutely beautiful! Yoga is about healing, and acceptance as we journey through self-discovery, to unite with what we individually define as our divine.

I have been a Facilitator, and Consultant for the City of Ottawa Community Health Centers, in collaboration with Early Years Programming. Hosting free classes for new, and expectant mothers, while teaching specialized workshops.. Professionally I have been a teacher for 4 year, practicing for 26 years, earning 7 certifications, particularly focusing in Pelvic Floor and Perinatal health, but am not limited to just this form of teaching. Teaches Yin, Yang, Vinyasa, Chair (for all levels of mobility), Meditation, and within my level of ethicacy include aspects of Kundalini, Ashtanga, Iyengar, as well as Ayurveda and physio practice. Friday, February 27th from ____ to ___ , joining with MDO, I will go through some simple discussion about how Yoga has helped me, even saved me in some instances, through injury, mental, emotional, and life challenges. I have studied with some incredible people. Not one of them did not struggle with some form of anxiety, PTSD, or other mental health challenge. We come to the practice because we seek our own healing. Each path is unique. Acceptance is the word I a word I like to use quite often. I will share with us the impacts of Yoga on Mental Health and our bodies as well as how we can modify it for our needs, and how even if we are not practicing all the time, it is always there to welcome us back, without any judgment.
C-Section workshop: Moon Shaped Scar Yoga

Giving birth is a beautiful gift to the world in any form. Sometimes it leaves us a moon shaped scar. The healing process from birth is unique to each mother. When we have a c-section, that scar requires a little more focus, as well as the pelvic floor coordination.
In this class. We will go through gentle exercises designed specifically for cesarean core work, scar massage techniques, to assist your in recovery.
When the scar is not properly tended to. It can sprawl. Like any scar tissue. Then radiate, attaching out of place to nerves that create side effects. Like bladder or back pain. No worries. These exercise if applied any time after giving birth, weeks, or even years later, can benefit you. All are welcome to reap these benefits.
